Key information before you subscribe
- Creator Pro is a recurring subscription: £29 per month, or £290 per year (annual saves 2 months). Prices include VAT.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price each period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing, the same way you signed up. Your plan runs to the end of the current period, with no lock-in.
- 14-day cooling-off: you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing and ask for a refund. If you start using paid features straight away, you may lose the right to a refund to the extent you have had the benefit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Single-scan top-ups are a one-time £7.99 purchase (incl VAT) and do not renew.

Frequently asked
What counts as a "scan"?
One scan = uploading one contract and getting the full analysis (severity, decode, fixes, compound risk and more). You can re-open and re-read past scans as often as you like without using a new one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan runs to the end of the current billing period, no lock-in. After that your account returns to Free; your existing scans stay readable as summaries.
What if I run out of Pro scans?
Top up a single scan for £7.99 (no upgrade needed), and your monthly allowance resets next billing period. You will see a warning as you approach the cap, so it is never a surprise.
Is Contractiv8 AI?
No. Contractiv8 matches your contract against a human-curated library of 81 creator-specific clause patterns. No AI or large language model ever reads your contract, and your contracts are never used to train any model.
Are my contracts secure?
Yes. Contracts are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in EU/UK regions, and never shared with third parties. They never leave our secured database.
When is the Agency tier available?
